Brian Mashburn
Teaching Minister
Brian was born and raised in Houston, TX. After graduating from Harding University in 1990 with degrees in Ministry and Communications, he returned to Houston to work in student ministry at the West Houston Church of Christ.
After serving there until 2004, he and his family moved to be with us at the Southwest Church of Christ as our Preaching Minister. Brian is filled with a passion for knowing and loving Jesus Christ. He married his beautiful wife, Carrie, in January of 1996. His favorite things are his three children, son Shade, daughter Callie, and son Jakin. Above all, Brian seeks to be a disciple of Christ and to help others be the same.
